Shipping + Delivery
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) with the exception of custom orders and products that are made-to-order. See shipping time frames for custom and made-to-order products below.
Made to Order Products:
- Journals/Notebooks - add 3 to 4 business days
- Gift Sets - add 3 to 4 business days
Personalized Products:
- Thank You Notes - add 3 to 4 business days
- Stationery & Notecards - add 3 to 4 business days
- Journals/Notebooks - add 3 to 4 business days
- Holiday Cards - add 3 to 4 business days after proof approval
- Photo Cards - add 3 to 4 business days after proof approval
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
To simplify shipping and handling charges, we organize costs by the dollar amount of your order before discounts are applied. Please note that these charges apply per recipient address. The shipping charge will be visible during the checkout process after you enter your shipping zip code. As a new business, we are not currently able to provide free shipping on all orders but we do offer Free Standard Shipping on orders of $100 up to $300 with a delivery address in the contiguous United States. There is a flat shipping rate of $10.00 on U.S. orders that are $300 or more (plus custom taxes and fees if international).
Shipping Types:
We have two shipping options: Standard and Priority Mail. Standard orders will be shipped by UPS Ground service or USPS First Class service. Priority Mail orders will be shipped via "Priority Mail" by the USPS and delivered within 1-3 business days of the ship date.
Ship To/From
Most orders are prepared and shipped from our studio in Los Angeles, California with the exception of items that require special handling and/or packaging such as Art Prints. We currently ship to addresses located in the United States only. However, we're excited to announce that international shipping will be available in 2024.
