Covid-19 has affected the world in a way that many of us could not have imagined. Although our online store is fully operational for your shopping convenience, please know that there are a few modifications to staffing and processes as a result of our desire to keep our team mentally and physically healthy. Shipping Timeframes - In an effort to remain physically distant in our work environments, we have reduced our in-house staff. Consequently, we are shipping 3 days per week now instead of Monday through Friday so we kindly ask that you allow an additional 1-2 days for order fulfillment.
Shipping Costs - As we make every effort to keep our staff employed and costs low, we are not currently able to provide free shipping on all orders but we offer Free Shipping and discounts periodically to our email and social subscribers as a special thank you. If you're not already on the list, you can subscribe at the bottom of this page for these loyalty perks and others.
Customer Service - Our customer service and ecommerce teams are working from home whenever possible so the primary source of communication is email. If you need to contact us, please complete the short contact form and we will respond as soon as possible. Our goal for response times is the same day but no more than 2 business days.
